Due to the increase in costs from manufacturers who are struggling to maintain inventory and the delay in shipments both locally and abroad, costs for merchandise and shipping have increased.

To compensate for the costs for shipping from our manufactures to our quality control site, then to our customers, we have incorporated one shipping rate for all items.

International Shipping

Hey Realgirl is able to ship Internationally with 7-10 days Ground Shipping rate of $25 and a minimum purchase requirement of $50.00. Should you be interested in purchasing with us for a shipment internationally and have questions, email us at shop@heyrealgirl.com.

Returns

Return Cost

Should you need to return an item, please send this back to us standard shipping using USPS. Our shipping rates are a flat rate and in most cases does not cover the cost of shipping. We ask customers that return items to reach out to us beforehand via email.

7 Days to Return

We will accept any unused item returned to us within 7-Days for a full refund. Reach out to us at shop@heyrealgirl.com with the subject ‘Return’

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are easy at Hey, Realgirl but there are just a few details to keep in mind. We are an organization who thrives on the monetization of our product line so, please, order with intent and thoughtfulness, especially regarding your size and if you still need to return or exchange your unworn garment, you can do so within seven (7) business days to the following address.
